Company will provide franchisee for all products (medicines, health care products).
Company will provide minimum order of Rs.6lacs per month.
Company will provide commission 20% on every order.
Company provide working area for stockist , 30km-radius from your location.
If any products will expire. Then it will be replace/exchange by another products.
If any products damage during transportation, then it will replace by another products.
Company provide deliver boys for pick-up & delivery of orders.
Company provide product for Stockroom upto Rs.10 to 20lacs.
Company will do interior according to company's design.
Company will provide rent & electricity bill of stock room according to your locality.
Company will provide products & equipment.
Company will provide all the SOPS, Training & Manuals.
Company will provide software for billing & inventory management.
Stockist will to be provide stockroom of 150 sq-ft to 300 sq-ft area.
Company will provide 7-days training for stockist staff.

Accurate and complete records will be kept by the franchise in regards to handling of the Product.
The company shall keep accurate and complete accounts on the company's behalf, and the members may review them at any time.
Franchisee registration fee- ₹ 81,000/- Includes gst after confirmation and it is refundable when handover the franchisee.
Along with each payment, The stockist will submit Payment receipts to the company.
Security deposit amount- ₹ 153,800 during agreement process and Its refunded after start your work.
Company take NOC from government authority and move for installation.
The stockist will have provide written notice of 45 days before terminate this
Stockist will report wherever required.
After application form submitted, stockist will to be prepared to pay franchisee fee for registration.
Confirmation letter will expired in next four hours after confirmation.
